Balochistan today is a good example of a number of things. It is a good example of the

consequences of gnawing gaps in a cooperative federalism and of what happens when

issues such as underdevelopment and seething frustration over a dire poverty of

opportunities are not addressed and they snowball. “

The article shows deep and dimensional knowledge about the issue undoutedly. The writer addressed the issue in very detail and conculded her thoughts on the more important problem of the country which is the lack of Federalism.
I think credit once again goes to the people of Balochistan who focused the issue of federalism in the country its means the people of balochistan are more sincre to the country they raise the issue which need to be solved since 60 years and now every one adimt the fact that the incident of the Bangladesh happened due to a strong center th fedra; system will bring harmony among the all national units .but the question arise here is this is the only problem of Balochistan or its also the problem of other smaller provinces as well as the problem of all Pakistani peoples to struggle for the true democracy and federalism in Pakistan why they are slince . beacuse there is no a Habib Jalib who said ” Balochistan Julta ah to Pakistan Julta ah “.
I believe to giving more powers to the federating units in true sprit will solve the problem. The complain of Balochistan is that it doesn’t have access to his own recourses there for he is totally dependent on the grant of federal government because his revenue base is Cost Gawadar seaport and minerals.

  2. This is  an  excellent investigative journalistic work.I read the in-depth work in the magazine. The entire article(s) has very ably shown that things in Balochistan are still not well. A minor incident might trigger another wave of violence. The inhuman treatment of another former Balochistan Chief Minister, Sardar Akhtar Mengal, shows that Pakistan’s battle against the Baloch is not over yet.
