Dr. Munawwar Alam

Munawwar Alam is adviser in the Governance and Institutional Development Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat at its headquarters in London. The Division has the Secretariat's mandate for the public service of Pakistan in different departments and has also worked for UNDP. He is a Chevening Scholar. He has written on the contemporary governance issues for the Commonwealth Secretariat and international peer-reviewed journals.
